Client Vehicles Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to vehicles tab and functions on that tab.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Client.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Vehicles:

• View: Adds or removes the vehicles tab under units at risk tab. Also removes the card for vehicles (commercial & personal) on units at risk tab.
• Add: Activates or dims [Add New] on the vehicles tab or [Copy] on the vehicles details screen. Also activates or dims the Vehicle – Commercial and Vehicle – Personal options on the [Add New] cascading menu on units at risk tab.
• Modify: Activates or dims [Save] and [Activate] / [Inactivate] on the vehicles details screen.
• Delete: Activates or dims the Remove icon on the vehicles summary.

• Import: Activates or dims the [Import] link on the vehicles summary screen.
• Export: Activates or dims the [Export] link on the vehicles summary screen.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
